How do we work?
To procede your booking you how to accomplish the following steps:
Step 1. Please surf throughout our site in order to find suitable and option for your Event.
Step 4. After receiving your booking from our site and basic documents via email our system will generate a web-page for your Wedding Profile, where all essential information is described. The page is personolized according to each couple and contains contract, information about documents application and legalization, order review and wedding voucher. This source is opererated by our CRM system and is determined for date proceeding in terms of marriage arrangements at Legal Offices.
Step 5. For your permanent reservation we need to have full package of documents from you in electronic version at least 4 weeks in advance. For some city halls is acceptable the latest 2 weeks in advance. Please coordinate it with your Reservation Manager.
Payment completion could be done 2 weeks before your wedding or the latest upon your arrival at the Office in cash, via terminal (we accept VISA, VISA electron, Master Card, Maestro) or through bank transfer.
Step 7. Your arrival in Prague and meeting with your personal coordinator. We meet you at the airport and lead you throughout all stages before and after marriage.
Step 8. Wedding ceremony arrangement and coordination. Marriage certificate will be issued, translated and dispatched upto 2 month since registration.
Step 9. Legal advice for marriage certificate proceeding in foregin countries, immigration consulting.
